Easier Access to Data Files Using the File System COM Automation Server
The File System COM Automation Server employs Microsoft’s Component Object Model (COM) technology to provide programming interfaces that simplify access to 959 data files from various environments including MATLAB™ and Microsoft Excel©. This helps ease the programming burden for our users and allows them to choose the COM supported programming language or environment they most prefer.
The FS COM provides the programmer with a set of intuitive interfaces that make it simple to program. Through the use of associated methods and properties, programmers can easily retrieve the information they most readily need. This frees them to focus more fully on developing programs without distraction, making them more efficient.
