Design and final testing of P-band ground station antenna for Galileo in-orbit test system

An elegant P-band ground station antenna for Galileosat application has been designed, manufactured, and has
undergone acceptance testing as reported in [1]. This paper summarizes the initial antenna design considerations, acceptance testing results and reports on the preliminary results of the inorbit tests performed on the four Galileo in-orbit validation (IOV)satellites using this antenna.
